Digital Software Credits

All RutaAPI credit packs are digital software credits. Once purchased, credits are added to your account immediately and are available for use immediately. Purchases and account management are handled at https://app.rutaapi.com/register?lng=en.

1. Overview

RutaAPI offers prepaid API credits as a digital product. Because credits are consumed upon use and have no cash value, our refund approach reflects the nature of digital goods. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you have unused credits remaining in your account and wish to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@rutaapi.com. Refund requests for unused credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

API credits that have been consumed through API requests are generally not refundable. Each request against your credits is final and non-reversible, as the upstream model provider has already processed the request and incurred costs.

Once credits have been deducted from your account through API usage, they cannot be restored. Please ensure you monitor your usage through the developer dashboard before making large credit purchases.
