Digital Software Credits
All RutaAPI credit packs are digital software credits. Once purchased, credits are added to your account immediately and are available for use immediately. Purchases and account management are handled at https://app.rutaapi.com/register?lng=en.
1. Overview
RutaAPI offers prepaid API credits as a digital product. Because credits are consumed upon use and have no cash value, our refund approach reflects the nature of digital goods. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Unused Credits
To be eligible for consideration, your refund request for unused credits must typically:
- Be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the original purchase date
- Include your account email address and the transaction or credit pack reference
- Provide a clear reason for the request
3. Used Credits
Once credits have been deducted from your account through API usage, they cannot be restored. Please ensure you monitor your usage through the developer dashboard before making large credit purchases.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. If you believe you have a valid exceptional circumstance (such as unauthorized charges, technical issues causing excessive consumption, or billing errors), please contact us at support@rutaapi.com with:
- Your account email address
- A description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., logs, screenshots)
Each case will be reviewed individually and we will make a good-faith determination.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact our support team:

Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line and provide your account email, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
